Nutritionist, author, teacher | dubbed as the Nigella of gluten-free
2018 Nourish Awards host, dubbed as the Nigella of gluten-free. Naomi is a qualified nutritionist, author of two books: River Cottage Gluten Free and Food for a Happy Gut cookbooks. She is an expert on gut health, fermented and gluten free food – a diagnosed coeliac. Naomi is teaching courses at River Cottage including basic and advanced gluten free cookery, Happy Digestion, Seasonal Nutrition, Gluten Free Italian and also at Otter Farm a two-day course Food for a Happy Gut, Gluten Free Celebration and more.
